Tanzania Coal

Our Procedures

1Buyer sends LOI
Seller sends FCO to the buyer
Buyer signs Sales & Purchase Contract
Seller signs, stamps, and returns Contract
Buyer signs, stamps, and returns the Contract
Seller Issues the Invoice
Buyer sends ship/vessel to Mtwara Port, Tanzania for loading. The port holds maximum 70,000 MT at any given time.
Seller loads vessel every 15 days
Buyer makes payment once quality and quantity are confirmed by SGS. Vessel leaves port.

Coal Africa was cofounded by Godwill Bindeeba and Bukenya Elly. Between us, we have more than 10 years of experience in the coal industry. We are based in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania).

Quality Assurance

SGS carries out all our quality and quantity checks at the port. SGS certificates are then availed to the buyer and then payment is made. We are happy to provide sample SGS certificates for your perusal.
